PROJECT CONTRACT
The main topic of our abroad modul will be sales management. The journey should give a comprehensive insight into this field. Therefore
we will visit serveral companies, which we acquired independently the last few month.
During our stay in Dubai the following topics would be interesting:
- SWOT analysis DUBAI,
- EXPO 2020 in Dubai,
- business key figures of the companies,
- skilled employees – a topic in Dubai?,
- Employer branding,
- Digital Sales Excellence and
- Change Management.
The task for the students of the MBA 9 is the organization, implementation, documentation and final evaluation of the excursion abroad.
The spoken language will be in english.
We’re planning to visit two companies a day.
